PROLOGUE TO RIPPLE RIPPLE RIPPLING

Driving the Human Festival
Radialsystem, Berlin, Germany
15-17 October, 2021
The Driving the Human Festival marked the beginning of a new phase of the Ripple Ripple Rippling project, moving it into a more transdisciplinary direction—expanding from architecture into anthropology, performance, and filmmaking.

The exhibition featured a walk-around screen presenting the short documentary Prologue to Ripple Ripple Rippling, which invites visitors to share a moment with villagers in China within a projected space. It was shown alongside Dinner Set, a sculptural installation of fragmented stools and chairs—an image of thought reflecting the dissolved household in rural China and its intergenerational way of life.
