In the future past of 2049, a person, an orchid plant and a bee balloon spend Christmas Day together as an odd household.
Oscillating between an observational view and a plant’s point of view, ‘ORCHID BEE AND I’ is an intimate self-reflexive diary of getting lost in the longing for companionship amid the exacerbated ecological breakdown and planetary isolation.
